Developing Leadership in Reducing Substance Abuse finds a home at Portland State University.

In July 2003, the Developing Leadership in Reducing Substance Abuse program opened a national program office at Portland State University (www.pdx.edu). The program is housed within the Graduate School of Social Work’s Regional Research Institute, joining another RWJF program at Portland State University, Reclaiming Futures (www.reclaimingfutures.org).
